Eligibility Criteria:

To become a volunteer, the Candidate must have these below:

• The organization takes the responsibility to process donations as per the instructions given by our donors, online and offline. However, in case of an unlikely event of an erroneous donation or, if the donor would like to apply for a refund, the organization will respond to the donor of receiving a valid request for a refund from the donor. The timely refund of the donation will depend upon the type of credit card/banking instrument used during the transaction
• The donor will have to send the Foundation a written request for a refund within 2 days of making the donation to the Foundation s official address or email info@shrs.ngo along with payment receipt and person details necessary for initiating the refund
• The donor will have to send a mail to the organization requesting a refund within 2 working days of making the donation, along with payment receipt and person details necessary for initiating the refund.
• SHRS is instituting a donation refund policy to ensure fair and transparent processing of requests for refunds of donations as the digital payments are becoming more frequent.SHRS India expects that all donors will exercise due care and diligence while making donations. we also recognize that a donation may be made erroneously or donors may change their mind.SHRS will examine each request for a refund of donation and endeavor to make a refund. SHRS might also seek further information/documents and donors must co-operate in this regard
• The written request stating the reason for requesting the refund must be sent to the address stated below and must contain all the following details pertaining to the donation:

• 1. Date of donation
• 2. Donation amount
• 3. If a donation was made through cheque/draft, please provide Cheque/Draft no
• 4. If the donation was made through a credit card, please provide Credit Card no. (last 4 digits only).
• 5. If the donation was made online, please provide Donation-ID
• SHRS is not obliged to make refunds and may, in its discretion, decline any requests for refund of donations, particularly if a tax exemption certificate has been issued.
